Andrew McLaughlin is a consultant specialising in organisational behaviour. His academic background is in behavioural psychology which he has studied at UCD and Trinity College. Andrew was a faculty member of the Irish Management Institute/UCC for over 20 years teaching mostly at Masters level during that time. He has wide consultancy experience having worked for the EU and OECD in many countries at Government level on changing institutions. Andrew has published research on the Irish Mind, Competency based interviewing in Ireland and Work Life Balance in the Hotel and Catering industries. Andrew has qualifications in several EQ psychometrics including EQI -2, ECR and EQ Maps.
